Therapy is a journey we will undertake together, leading you to your inner world of thoughts, feelings and experiences. We will work to cultivate deeper self-awareness, understand the patterns that shape your life and seek to align your life with your core values. Together, we will consider what made you the person you are and we will look towards the person you would like to be.
– Rumi
I am interested in your journey and believe that despite life’s challenges, we all have the potential to grow, love, connect, find and feel purpose.
My practice is depth oriented and holistic. It focuses on bringing together all aspects of who you are – psychologically, physically and spiritually – supporting you in moving towards a more authentic and meaningful life experience.
With me, you’ll explore any cognitive and behavioural patterns that may be holding you back — patterns that might be preventing you from recognising your inner strengths, wisdom and unique qualities. We’ll look at the influence of your background, upbringing, relationships, your present circumstances and your aspirations for the future. We can explore the possibility of meaningful change — change that’s aligned with your values and rooted in what truly matters to you.
My approach is integrative and trauma informed. It is grounded in Psychosynthesis & parts work, and shaped by warmth, acceptance and curiosity. I integrate elements of Psychosynthesis & parts work, and shaped by warmth, acceptance and curiosity. I integrate elements of Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), drawing on a range of tailored techniques — including Gestalt practices, breath and somatic work, mindfulness, and creative methods such as drawing and guided imagery.
Above all, my priority is to offer a supportive, reflective and empathetic space where you feel heard and understood, and where greater self-awareness, compassion, self-acceptance and personal growth can emerge.I trained and qualified at the Psychosynthesis Trust in London, on a programme accredited by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), and the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP).
Therapy is something we do together. You set the pace, and you decide what we talk about. There’s no requirement to have clear answers or to explain things perfectly — we can take things one step at a time.
Sessions are shaped around you and your individual needs, rather than a fixed structure or programme. My role is to walk alongside you, offering support, curiosity, and care as you make sense of your experiences.
I offer a space that is confidential, respectful, and emotionally safe. Whatever you bring — thoughts, feelings, uncertainty, or silence — is welcome.
You don’t need to fit into a label or meet any expectations. Therapy is a place where you can be yourself, without fear of judgement.
My work is gentle and reflective. I believe there is value in slowing down and allowing space for awareness and understanding to develop naturally.
Rather than focusing on quick solutions, we take time to explore meaning, patterns, and emotions at a pace that feels manageable and supportive.
