Trauma-informed, depth-oriented, and holistic — blending psychological insight with warmth and professionalism.
I offer psychological counselling to adults in Geneva, available in person or online, and provide online sessions for clients in the UK and internationally.
My therapeutic approach is integrative, trauma-informed and holistic, blending psychological depth with compassion and professionalism. I work integratively to support you in exploring the different parts of your inner world, reconnecting with your inner resources, potential, and wisdom, and moving towards meaningful change.
Together, we work towards creating a calm and nurturing space where you can slow down, explore what is happening beneath the surface, and begin to understand yourself more clearly. There is no pressure to have the right words — we work at your pace, with compassion, care and respect.
As a registered counsellor in both Switzerland and the UK, my therapeutic work is grounded in ethical practice, sensitivity to individual experience, and respect for the complexity of emotional life.
People may seek therapy for a variety of reasons. Each person's experience is different, and I work with individuals facing a wide range of personal and emotional difficulties.
I have been fascinated by people and what shapes our thoughts, feelings and behaviours for as long as I can remember, which led me to study psychology and more recently, therapy. My journey so far has connected me with people from many walks of life. I spent over a decade working in the fast-paced financial sector in the City of London.
My background in law and regulatory compliance enhances my therapeutic work. I am guided by ethical principles and a deep commitment to professionalism. My experience allows me to offer valuable insights to counselling around career transitions, work-related stress, burnout and the pressures of complex professional environments.
I also have extensive experience supporting clients through a wide range of personal and emotional difficulties, including those navigating significant health challenges and major life transitions.
I trained and qualified at the Psychosynthesis Trust in London, on a programme accredited by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), and the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP).
I adhere to BACP's Ethical Framework and SGfB's Code of Ethics. These frameworks guide my professional conduct, ensuring services are delivered ethically and professionally.
